Week Plan
The plan is to hold a training camp for Elites (both junior and senior) on terrain similar to what World Cup 2013 will be on. The camp will provide exercises specific to different techniques. There will be some coaching available but like most camps peer feedback and discussion will be common. As Dirty D Sprint the Bay finishes on a Monday afternoon we will go into camp Monday evening. Our fist day of training will be Tuesday. The camp will finish close to Wellington for those flying out of that airport.
Trainings will be set by various people and some camp members may be asked at some sessions to put out controls. The camp will be flexible and it is up to each individual to decide how much/little training they would like to do.
